1. The files should be in pdf format (no other format will be accepted)
2. Name your file with your family name follwed by the type of file
    (example: the author John Smith, the abstract file name: Smithabstract.pdf; the paper file name:
   Smithpaper.pdf)
3. Please send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat also a short CV (one page) after submitting your

Create first a personal profile, which is based on your email address and a password of your choice. Once you have created your personal profile, you will be able to submit your abstract by going to "Abstract/Paper submission" and follow the instructions.

When you submit your abstract you can select one of the suggested topics on our list. If none of the Concurrent Sessions proposed corresponds to your paper, please select Unlisted or other session. After you will have to insert the title of your paper, a short synopsis and at least one keyword for your paper.

The selection of the concurrent session in indicative and may be changed by the Programme Committee according to general scheduling needs.

After the submission process is completed, you will see a confirmation receipt online, which will also be emailed to the email address specified in your profile.

This confirmation receipt will contain two numbers:

One is a reference for your abstract/paper. This is unique to the paper and could be quoted by any author of the paper or in cases when a person submits more than one paper/abstract.

The other is the Participant ID number which is unique to the person. If you are a presenting author, please quote your Participant ID Number in your registration form in the assigned field so we may correctly update your abstract status within our system." Please take care not to confuse these two numbers.

Abstract format:

Submitted abstracts should be of one or two  pages in length, comprising (1) overview, (2) methods, (3) results and (4) conclusions.

The abstract should contain the lead author's complete contact details (mailing address, phone, fax, e-mail, etc.)

At least one author from an accepted paper must pay the registration fees and attend the conference to present the paper.

Please send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat also a short CV (one page) after submitting your abstract (to: info@iaeeu2012.it)

Authors will be notified by May 22, 2012 of their abstract status.
If you are notified your abstract has been accepted by the Programme Committee, you can access your account and upload your final full paper and your presentation (in PowerPoint).

By July 1st 2012 authors whose abstracts are accepted will have to submit their full-length papers (15 page limit suggested).

While multiple submissions by individual or groups of authors are welcome, the abstract selection process will seek to ensure as broad participation as possible: each speaker is to deliver only one presentation in the conference. If multiple submissions are accepted, then  a different co-author will be required to pay the speaker registration fee and present the paper.
